We help you resolve your issues by providing information and linking you to government and/or community programs and services. We follow up to ensure you received the help you need.
Listening and learning: Public engagement
We take note of what we are hearing from individuals. We listen to concerns raised by seniors groups. We also engage with you by providing public education on issues.
Recommendations for change: Reports
From listening to you we identify trends and systemic issues. We review issues and make recommendations for change. We submit an annual report on our activities.
When you contact us you will be linked with a Seniors Advocate Representative who is knowledgeable about seniors programs and services. This person will listen and work with you to help resolve your issue.
